Hi! I’m Susan. I am a Customer Advocate and Appointment Coordinator here at Serra Traverse City. I am originally from Walled Lake, Michigan and I attended Walled Lake Central High School. I enjoy providing great customer service. I love spending my time helping others weather it be at work or family. In my down time I l love to spend time with my son and his girlfriend when they come to visit from Texas and I enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I have a couple of cats and some chickens. I love to see all the wildlife that comes onto our 3 acers in Kalkaska. my husband and I love to go fishing, Kyaking, Boating with family and just being outdoors, and I love to crochet blankets. I love baseball (go tigers).
