As a Service Advisor for the past two and a half years at Serra Traverse City, I bring a customer-centric and detail-oriented approach to my role. I am known for my ability to effectively communicate with clients, providing clear explanations and addressing their concerns with empathy and professionalism. My passion for helping others and my strong work ethic have earned me a reputation for excellence. I am a lifelong resident of Michigan, and I take pride in my community and the relationships I have built with our clients. In addition to my experience, I hold a degree from Baker College. My analytical skills and problem-solving abilities enable me to quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my spouse, exploring the outdoors, and immersing myself in the world of books. Reading has always been a passion of mine, and I appreciate the escape and knowledge it provides.

Kayla worked hard getting my truck repaired in four days. I told her I was leaving in 7 days for a trip and needed my truck to pull the travel trailer for that trip. We communicated many times by text and she responded with a response very fast. She knows her job and does it well. I will recommend Serra GMC to my friends.
