With 22 years of experience, including the last 9 years at Serra Traverse City, I have developed a profound understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and data analytics. My technical expertise, coupled with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies, has consistently resulted in exceeding expectations. I have earned several professional certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), CompTIA Network Security Professional (CNSP), and ITIL Digital and IT Strategy. I am dedicated to continuous professional development, ensuring I remain current with the latest industry trends and advancements. Beyond my professional life, I enjoy spending time at Lakeside Equestrian, where we have two quarter horses, Cooper and Wyatt, and participate in and attend rodeos throughout Michigan. I have three children: Austin, Haley, and Bristol. I maintain a keen interest in STEM fields and dedicate significant time to exploring philosophy, theology, ancient history, and quantum technology.
