My journey in the automotive industry spans over a decade, during which I've cultivated a reputation for excellence both within Serra Traverse City and the industry at large. As a Service Advisor, I take great pride in fostering lasting relationships with my clients and fellow colleagues. Growing up in Kalkaska, Michigan, I have a strong connection to this region. My passion for helping others extends beyond my professional life, and I actively seek opportunities to make a positive impact in our community. I am a highly adaptable and approachable individual who enjoys working with diverse personalities. My genuine enthusiasm for assisting customers shines through in my interactions. Positive feedback from both clients and coworkers has consistently reinforced my commitment to providing exceptional service. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I am proud of the personal connections I have forged over the years. My clients trust me with their vehicles and rely on my expertise, which brings me immense satisfaction. Outside of work, I enjoy a variety of activities including golf, disc golf, and dancing. I am also a big fan of discussing current events, sharing stories about our children, and connecting with people from all walks of life.
