My experience was excellent . I literally drove into the service area, there Iwas greeted with a smile by a person who just asked for my keys and made sure I knew where the waiting room was. When my service was done, it was a smooth exit. All so easy.

AJ was awesome! Provided regular text updates on the status of my Acadia and when repairs would be completed. Offering a rental car service was also most appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received. A J was to the point with what would be happening with my oil change and immediately showed me to the client lounge area. When change was complete, he came to tell me my car was ready. He helped me apply my GM Rewards points to pay for the service. He suggested I make a separate visit when getting my snow tires switched to address my concern about possible need for wheel alignment. I was pleased to see that service measured up to what I had always received when the business was owned by Marsh family.
