As a devoted husband to my wife Heather and father of two amazing girls, I cherish spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and engaging in countless activities with them. -The service was an oil change for our Buick. I arrived prior to the scheduled time and went to the former entrance. The sales associate saw me and directed me to the new entrance and he took over from there. Outside of the entrance issue, the service was done quickly and efficiently due to the sales associate. Nice job.

AJ was quick to respond to my concerns and immediately provided a plan for action. Even though there was a two week wait time for service he did his best to address my concern. He kept me updated on the progress when the car was serviced and completed the work on time. I was pleased with the repair but equally pleased with his attention to detail. Even though the current dealership seems too large and less interested in customer care and communication AJ seemed to try and make up for those shortcomings I was very pleased to work with AJ and see him as a great representative of your company.
